HKarts 香港創藝協會致力於推廣本地藝術和文化，為社區帶來多元的藝術體驗。我們的使命是透過藝術比賽激發創意，幫助下一代藝術家發掘潛能。我們重視社區參與，推動個人、學校、社區中心及其他藝術機構參與，讓每個人都能接觸藝術。

HKarts Hong Kong Arts Association is dedicated to promoting local arts and culture, providing the community with diverse artistic experiences. Our mission is to stimulate creativity through art competitions and help the next generation of artists discover their potential. We value community participation, encouraging individuals, schools, community centers, and other art organizations to engage, ensuring that everyone has access to art.

比賽形式 Submission Method

• 參賽方式：拍攝或掃描作品上傳 （發到WhatsApp)

• Upload your painting work by taking a photo or scanning it.
  

參賽對象 Eligible Participants

適合學前、幼稚園、小學、中學及公開組別

組別劃分為：Pre-N、K.1、K.2、K.3、P.1-P.2、P.3-P.4、P.5-P.6、中學及公開組

年齡分組按2025至2026年度級別報名

Preschool, kindergarten, primary school, secondary school, and open categories. The divisions are: Pre-N, K.1, K.2, K.3, P.1-P.2, P.3-P.4, P.5-P.6, secondary school, and open group.

Age groups should register according to the 2025-2026 academic year.

比賽主題 Themes

繪畫組/電繪組/手工勞作組/填色組

Painting Group / Digital Art Group / Crafts Group / Coloring Group

• 自選主題（所有主題均可參加）

• Free Topic (all themes are allowed).

  
  

比賽獎項 Competition Awards

每組前三名分別獲得冠軍、亞軍及季軍。

• 85分以上：金獎

• 75分以上：銀獎

• 65分以上：銅獎

• 55分以上：優異獎或良好獎

• 另設有最佳主題大獎，最佳構圖大獎，最佳色彩大獎

• 於 2個藝術比賽獲得金獎或以上：HKarts匠心藝術大獎

所有得獎者可申請印有參賽者姓名的獎項。

The top three in each group will receive Champion, 1st Runner Up, and 2nd Runner Up awards.

• 85 points and above: Gold Award

• 75 points and above: Silver Award

• 65 points and above: Bronze Award

• 55 points and above: Merit Award or Good Award

• In addition, there will be awards for Best Theme Award, Best Composition Award, and Best Color Award.

• Winning a gold medal or higher in two art competitions: HKarts Masterpiece Award

All winners can apply for awards featuring the participant's name.

導師/教學團體獎項 Tutor/Institutional Awards

活躍藝術指導獎（金/銀/銅獎）

邀請四位（銅獎）/七位（銀獎）/十位（金獎）或以上學生參與各組別賽事，可申請指導獎。

模範藝術教育大獎

邀請十位或以上學生參賽，且過半學生獲得優異獎以上可申請教育大獎。

Active Art Mentorship Award (Gold/Silver/Bronze)

Inviting four (Bronze), seven (Silver), or ten (Gold) or more students to participate in various group competitions can apply for this award.

Model Art Education Award

Inviting ten or more students to participate, with more than half receiving Merit Awards or above, can apply for this education award.

作品要求 Artwork Requirements

繪畫比賽作品

• 尺寸：所有作品須於 A4 或以上白紙或畫紙上創作。

• 媒介：可使用水彩、彩色鉛筆、油畫、墨水等多種媒介。

• 內容：作品需符合所選繪畫主題，並展示參賽者的創意與獨特視角。

• 上傳格式：作品需拍攝或掃描清晰，並以數位格式上傳。

• 提交方式：在截止日期前，通過指定的方式上傳作品照片。

Painting Competition Requirements

• Size: All works must be created on A4 paper or drawing paper.

• Medium: Various mediums can be used, including watercolor, colored pencils, oil paint, ink, etc.

• Content: The artwork must align with the chosen theme and showcase the participant's creativity and unique perspective.

• Upload Format: The work must be photographed or scanned clearly and submitted in digital format.

• Submission Method: Upload the artwork photo via the specified method before the deadline.

電繪比賽作品

• 尺寸：所有作品必須以 A4 或以上尺寸創作。

• 媒介：使用數位畫圖軟體和工具進行創作，例如 Photoshop、Procreate 等。

• 內容：作品需要符合指定的繪畫主題，展示參賽者的創意和獨特視角。

• 上傳格式：請將作品以高解析度 JPG 或 PNG 格式上傳，確保清晰可見。

• 提交方式：在截止日期前，通過指定的方式上傳數位作品。

Digital Art Competition Requirements

• Size: All works must be created in A4 or larger size.

• Medium: Use digital drawing software and tools, such as Photoshop, Procreate, etc.

• Content: The work must fit the specified painting theme and demonstrate the participant's creativity and unique perspective.

• Upload Format: Please upload the work in high-resolution JPG or PNG format, ensuring clarity.

• Submission Method: The digital work must be uploaded before the deadline via the specified method.

手工勞作作品

• 尺寸：尺寸不限。

• 媒介：可使用各種手工材料，材料不限。

• 內容：作品需符合所選主題，展現參賽者的創意及手工技藝。

• 上傳格式：作品需拍攝清晰照片，並以數位格式上傳。

• 提交方式：在截止日期前，通過指定的方式上傳作品照片。

Handicraft Competition Requirements

• Size: Size is not restricted.

• Medium: Various crafting materials can be used; there are no material restrictions.

• Content: The work must align with the chosen theme, showcasing the participant's creativity and craftsmanship.

• Upload Format: The work must be photographed clearly and uploaded in digital format.

• Submission Method: The work must be uploaded before the deadline via the specified method.

填色比賽作品

• 尺寸：填色作品需在 A4 或以上尺寸的畫紙上完成。

• 媒介：使用彩色鉛筆、水彩或其他填色工具進行創作。

• 內容：作品需基於我們提供的素材，展示參賽者的獨特填色風格。

• 上傳格式：需拍攝或掃描作品，確保圖像清晰可見，並以數位格式上傳。

• 提交方式：在截止日期前，通過指定的方式上傳作品照片。

Coloring Competition Requirements

• Size: Coloring works must be completed on A4 or larger drawing paper.

• Medium: Use colored pencils, watercolors, or other coloring tools for creation.

• Content: The work must be based on the materials we provide, showcasing the participant's unique coloring style.

• Upload Format: The work must be photographed or scanned clearly and uploaded in digital format.

• Submission Method: The work must be uploaded before the deadline via the specified method.

評分準則 Scoring Criteria

評分將根據以下幾個方面進行：

• 創意與構思：作品的獨特性和創新性。

• 技術技巧：繪畫或創作技術的運用及表現。

• 主題表達：作品是否清晰地表達所選主題。

• 色彩運用：色彩搭配的和諧性及視覺吸引力。

• 整體效果：作品的整體美感及觀賞性。

• Scoring will be based on the following aspects:

  • Creativity and Concept: The uniqueness and innovation of the work.

  • Technical Skill: The use and expression of painting or creative techniques.

  • Theme Expression: How clearly the artwork conveys the chosen theme.

  • Color Usage: The harmony of color combinations and visual appeal.

  • Overall Effect: The overall aesthetic and viewing experience of the artwork.

以上價格均包括印有參賽者名稱的費用。

Winners can apply for customized awards:

• Certificate: $250

• Medal: $300

• Trophy: $300

• Certificate + Medal + Trophy: $350

• Electronic Certificate (e-cert): $250

• Electronic Certificate (e-cert) + Certificate + Medal + Trophy: $450

All prices include the cost of printing the participant's name.

參賽條款與細則Contest Terms and Conditions

• 參賽作品的版權參賽作品必須是參賽者本人創作，若發現抄襲行為，該參賽者將被取消參賽資格，並禁止參加本會未來的所有活動。

• 版權責任參賽作品不得侵犯任何第三方的版權。如因作品引起的版權糾紛，參賽者需自行承擔所有法律責任，本會概不負責。

• 個人資料的真實性參賽者提供的個人資料必須真實、正確且完整，並同意本會處理其個人資料，用於聯絡、宣傳及推廣目的。除以上用途外，所有個人資料將保持保密。

• 作品審查標準本會將對所有參賽作品進行嚴格審查，以確保其不包含任何暴力、色情或不良內容。

• 作品的使用權本會有權使用、修改及複製參賽作品，並可在各種媒體上進行宣傳與推廣，無需事先獲得參賽者的同意。

• 條款及規則的變更本會保留對比賽內容、安排、條款及規則進行更改的權利，無需事先通知參賽者。

• 爭議的處理如有任何爭議，本會將保留對比賽及獎項安排的最終決定權。

• 同意條款參賽者報名即表示接受並同意遵守本條款與細則。如有違反，參賽者可能會被取消參賽資格。

• Copyright of EntriesAll entries must be original works created by the participant. Any participant found to have plagiarized will be disqualified and barred from future events organized by the association.

• Copyright ResponsibilityEntries must not infringe upon the copyright of any third party. Participants will bear full legal responsibility for any copyright disputes arising from their entries, and the association will not be liable.

• Accuracy of Personal InformationParticipants must provide accurate and complete personal information. By entering, participants consent to the association processing their personal data for communication, publicity, and promotional purposes. All personal data will be kept confidential except for these uses.

• Entry Review StandardsThe association will conduct a strict review of all entries to ensure they do not contain any violent, pornographic, or inappropriate content.

• Rights to Use EntriesThe association reserves the right to use, modify, and reproduce entries for promotional purposes in any media without prior consent from the participant.

• Changes to Terms and RulesThe association reserves the right to change the content, arrangements, terms, and rules of the competition without prior notice to participants.

• Dispute ResolutionIn the event of any disputes, the association retains the final decision-making authority regarding the competition and awards.

• Acceptance of TermsBy registering, participants agree to accept and abide by these terms and conditions. Violations of any terms may result in disqualification.
