比賽理念與宗旨 Philosophy and Mission

本比賽旨在鼓勵參賽者透過攝影展現他們對香港景色的獨特視角，創造出一個充滿生機與多元文化的城市畫面。我們希望通過影像的形式，激發參賽者的創造力，讓他們在光影與構圖中表達對這片美麗土地的熱愛與敬意。

The purpose of this competition is to encourage participants to showcase their unique perspectives on the scenery of Hong Kong through photography, creating a vibrant and multicultural portrayal of the city. We hope to inspire participants' creativity through imagery, allowing them to express their love and respect for this beautiful land through light, shadow, and composition.

參賽對象 Eligible Participants

適合小學、中學及公開組別

組別劃分為：P.1-P.2、P.3-P.4、P.5-P.6、中學及公開組

年齡分組按2026至2027年度級別報名

Primary school, secondary school, and open categories. The divisions are: P.1-P.2, P.3-P.4, P.5-P.6, secondary school, and open group.

Age groups should register according to the 2026-2027 academic year.

比賽獎項 Competition Awards

每組前三名分別獲得冠軍、亞軍及季軍。

• 85分以上：金獎

• 75分以上：銀獎

• 65分以上：銅獎

• 55分以上：優異獎或良好獎

• 另設有最佳主題大獎，最佳構圖大獎，最佳色彩大獎

• 於 2個主題獲得金獎或以上：HKarts匠心攝影大獎

所有得獎者可申請印有參賽者姓名的獎項。

The top three in each group will receive Champion, 1st Runner Up, and 2nd Runner Up awards.

• 85 points and above: Gold Award

• 75 points and above: Silver Award

• 65 points and above: Bronze Award

• 55 points and above: Merit Award or Good Award

• In addition, there will be awards for Best Theme Award, Best Composition Award, and Best Color Award.

• Awarded Gold or above in 2 categories: HKarts Masterful Photography Awards.

All winners can apply for awards featuring the participant's name.

導師/教學團體獎項 Tutor/Institutional Awards

活躍攝影指導獎（金/銀/銅獎）

邀請四位（銅獎）/七位（銀獎）/十位（金獎）或以上學生參與各組別賽事，可申請指導獎。

模範攝影教育大獎

邀請十位或以上學生參賽，且過半學生獲得優異獎以上可申請教育大獎。

Active Photography Mentorship Award (Gold/Silver/Bronze)

Inviting four (Bronze), seven (Silver), or ten (Gold) or more students to participate in various group competitions can apply for this award.

Model Photography Education Award

Inviting ten or more students to participate, with more than half receiving Merit Awards or above, can apply for this education award.

作品要求 Requirements

攝影比賽作品

• 作品數量：每位參賽者可就每個主題提交一幅作品。

• 內容：作品需符合所選主題，並展示參賽者的創意與獨特視角。

• 後期處理：允許合理程度的後期處理，但不得改變作品的主要內容。

• 提交方式：在截止日期前，通過指定的方式上傳作品照片。

Photography Contest Requirements

• Number of Works：Each participant may submit one work for each theme.

• Content：The work must align with the chosen theme and showcase the participant's creativity and unique perspective.

• Post-Processing：Reasonable levels of post-processing are allowed, but the main content of the work must not be altered.

• Submission Method：Works must be uploaded through the designated method before the deadline.

評分準則 Scoring Criteria

評分將根據以下幾個方面進行：

• 創意與構思：作品的獨特性和創新性。

• 構圖：照片的視覺平衡與元素安排。

• 技術：曝光、對焦和後期處理的技術。

• 整體效果：作品的整體美感及觀賞性。

• Scoring will be based on the following aspects:

• Creativity and Concept ：The uniqueness and innovation of the work.

• Composition：The visual balance and arrangement of elements in the photo.

• Technical Skill：The techniques of exposure, focus, and post-processing.

• Overall Impact：The overall aesthetics and viewing appeal of the work.

Winners can apply for customized awards:

• Electronic Certificate (e-cert): $250

• Electronic Certificate (e-cert) + Certificate + Medal + Trophy: $450

All prices include the cost of printing the participant's name.

參賽條款與細則Contest Terms and Conditions

• 參賽作品的版權參賽作品必須是參賽者本人創作，若發現抄襲行為，該參賽者將被取消參賽資格，並禁止參加本會未來的所有活動。

• 版權責任參賽作品不得侵犯任何第三方的版權。如因作品引起的版權糾紛，參賽者需自行承擔所有法律責任，本會概不負責。

• 個人資料的真實性參賽者提供的個人資料必須真實、正確且完整，並同意本會處理其個人資料，用於聯絡、宣傳及推廣目的。除以上用途外，所有個人資料將保持保密。

• 作品審查標準本會將對所有參賽作品進行嚴格審查，以確保其不包含任何暴力、色情或不良內容。

• 作品的使用權本會有權使用、修改及複製參賽作品，並可在各種媒體上進行宣傳與推廣，無需事先獲得參賽者的同意。

• 條款及規則的變更本會保留對比賽內容、安排、條款及規則進行更改的權利，無需事先通知參賽者。

• 爭議的處理如有任何爭議，本會將保留對比賽及獎項安排的最終決定權。

• 同意條款參賽者報名即表示接受並同意遵守本條款與細則。如有違反，參賽者可能會被取消參賽資格。

• Copyright of EntriesAll entries must be original works created by the participant. Any participant found to have plagiarized will be disqualified and barred from future events organized by the association.

• Copyright ResponsibilityEntries must not infringe upon the copyright of any third party. Participants will bear full legal responsibility for any copyright disputes arising from their entries, and the association will not be liable.

• Accuracy of Personal InformationParticipants must provide accurate and complete personal information. By entering, participants consent to the association processing their personal data for communication, publicity, and promotional purposes. All personal data will be kept confidential except for these uses.

• Entry Review StandardsThe association will conduct a strict review of all entries to ensure they do not contain any violent, pornographic, or inappropriate content.

• Rights to Use EntriesThe association reserves the right to use, modify, and reproduce entries for promotional purposes in any media without prior consent from the participant.

• Changes to Terms and RulesThe association reserves the right to change the content, arrangements, terms, and rules of the competition without prior notice to participants.

• Dispute ResolutionIn the event of any disputes, the association retains the final decision-making authority regarding the competition and awards.

• Acceptance of TermsBy registering, participants agree to accept and abide by these terms and conditions. Violations of any terms may result in disqualification.
